  • Boil water in a kettle or pan, add thyme, coriander, and fennel seeds, and let them steep for 10 minutes.
  • Strain the tea with a fine sieve, add honey, and enjoy both hot or chilled.
  • You can store your thyme tea in the refrigerator for up to one day.

  • Strain the tea, cool it in the refrigerator, and add honey and lemon juice while serving.
