- One teaspoon of dried ginkgo biloba leaf
- or 4-5 fresh leaves
- 1 cup of boiled water
- Honey to taste (optional)
- Lemon juice to taste (optional)
How to Make It Ginkgo Biloba Memory Tea
- Bring water to a boil
- Remove the water from the heat
- Place the dried or fresh ginkgo leaves into a bowl
- Add the boiled water to the bowl
- Let it sit for 5 to 7 minutes
- Strain the tea into a cup
- Add honey and lemon juice to taste
- Drink and enjoy.
Drinking 1-2 cups of ginkgo biloba tea daily for a month may help improve your memory.
