“Memory Booster” Ginkgo Biloba Memory Tea Recipe

  • One teaspoon of dried ginkgo biloba leaf
  • or 4-5 fresh leaves
  • 1 cup of boiled water
  • Honey to taste (optional)
  • Lemon juice to taste (optional)

How to Make It Ginkgo Biloba Memory Tea

  1. Bring water to a boil
  2. Remove the water from the heat
  3. Place the dried or fresh ginkgo leaves into a bowl
  4. Add the boiled water to the bowl
  5. Let it sit for 5 to 7 minutes
  6. Strain the tea into a cup
  7. Add honey and lemon juice to taste
  8. Drink and enjoy.

Drinking  1-2 cups of ginkgo biloba tea daily for a month may help improve your memory.
