Tasting Notes

Dried orange peels have a delicate and slightly bitter flavor that works well with most other ingredients. It is an excellent choice for those who are in need of an ingredient to cut through and balance out the sweetness in their tea. It also works to balance out otherwise perfumey herbs such as lavender.
